IMPACT Campus Ministries is a non-denominational Christian campus ministry that seeks to impact university campuses and the world for Jesus Christ through prayer and God’s Word. IMPACT Campus Ministries does this in the context of discipleship, building relationships in which students, faculty and staff can talk about relevant life issues, and examine and apply what God’s Word says about life and truth.
In 1995 Dean Trune left his ministry as campus minister at Michigan State University and began Harvest Campus Ministries as a campus ministry-planting organization. Dean also continued scheduling Spiritual Life seminars with speaking engagements spread across the U.S and around the world. To reflect this multifaceted ministry, the name was changed in 1999 to IMPACT Ministries International. In mid-year 2010 the two areas of this expanding ministry were separated. The ministry to help people connect more deeply with God through seminars and written resources is called International Impact Living and is led by Dean Trune. The ministry that now focuses entirely on the university campuses is called Impact Campus Ministries and is under the leadership of an executive team.
IMPACT Campus Ministries currently serves at the following campuses:
Boise State University in Boise, Idaho Colorado State University in Ft. Collins, Colorado Indiana University of South Bend in South Bend, Indiana Miami University in Oxford, Ohio University of Albany in Albany, New York University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona University of North Carolina in Charlotte, North Carolina University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida University of Texas in El Paso, Texas
